Four synergistic components delivering exceptional economics and operational resilience
Net Zero Fuels has developed a revolutionary vertically integrated platform that combines renewable fuels production, waste-to-energy conversion, power generation, and edge computing infrastructure into modular, port-adjacent energy units. Each unit operates as a self-contained ecosystem, transforming waste streams into valuable energy products while providing critical infrastructure services.
Our platform delivers compelling unit economics with revenue potential of $500-650M per unit and operating margins of 45-55%. With planned deployment of 40 units globally, the platform targets aggregate revenues of $18-24B annually.

Our advanced emulsification and upgrading processes convert waste oils, used cooking oil, and biomass feedstocks into drop-in renewable diesel that meets ASTM D975 and ISO 8217 specifications. The fuel is chemically identical to petroleum diesel, requiring no engine modifications or infrastructure changes.
Advanced gasification and anaerobic digestion technologies transform municipal solid waste, industrial waste, and agricultural residues into clean energy. This process diverts materials from landfills, reduces methane emissions, and creates valuable energy products from negative-cost inputs.

Distributed power generation capabilities provide energy resilience for islands, ports, and critical infrastructure. Our microgrid systems can operate independently or provide grid stabilization services including frequency regulation, voltage support, and peak shaving.
Low-cost renewable power enables co-located data centers for AI training, logistics optimization, and distributed computing. Edge deployment reduces latency for port operations, autonomous vehicles, and real-time analytics while leveraging stranded renewable energy capacity.
